TECHNICAL TEAM
Purpose: To architect, design, and build Egypt’s first unified, AI-powered platform for social solidarity — connecting 50M needy souls with 1T EGP in annual charity.

- Map all user journeys: Muh’taj (needy) → Mutabarri’ (donor) → Jama’iyya (NGO) → Mutatawwi’ (volunteer).
- Define core features: Case submission → Verification → Matching → Tracking → Reporting.
- Write BRD (Business Requirements Document) + User Stories.
- Work with NGOs to understand real-world workflows.
